7722 East Shahkoka Drive in Olive Branch, Mississippi, marks the final construction project within the historic Maywood subdivision, the first of its kind in Olive Branch. The property was purchased by Mrs. Cameron Smith, a repeat customer of DBR. The team cleared the two-acre site, uncovering an existing horse barn and two vehicles. A custom floor plan was developed to cater to the needs of Mrs. Smith and her daughter. The horse barn's roof was repaired and upgraded with a tack room, two stables, and a dry storage area. Additionally, a dog run, horse corral, and turnout were created to accommodate two horses.
