The Vitality Hotel, formerly a Radisson, faced significant challenges in 2020 due to market changes and vandalism. The property suffered extensive damage, including theft of copper wiring and equipment. DBR Development was initially brought in to restart the kitchen and obtain approval from the Shelby County Health Department. We successfully completed this task and were then entrusted with exterior and lobby updates to ensure guest safety and enhance the hotel's curb appeal.

Our team also upgraded the pool area and provided additional services that have contributed to the hotel's success. Today, the Vitality Hotel is open for business, featuring contactless check-in/check-out, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness area, and a fully operational kitchen.
