Jose Luis Martinez

Luis's history with DBR is unparalleled. He joined the team in 2020 as part of a subcontracted organization, GTO, led by a Latino foreman who has since retired. When this opportunity ended, Luis expressed his desire to stay as a DBR employee. He has grown immensely, mastering various trades from light gauge framing and drywall to wood stud construction, stucco, and paint. We are grateful for Luis's daily dedication to improving the company.
We have shared in many of Luis's personal milestones, including his marriage, the birth of his daughter, and countless neighborhood gatherings. It has been a pleasure to watch Luis reinvest earnings into a new GMC truck and trailer that are commonly seen on the job site.
